AdventHealth in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Orthopedic team. The role includes evaluating and treating patients, coordinating with physicians, and contributing to community outreach.

With a pay range reflecting experience, candidates must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred) and BLS certification. Experience in ortho settings is desirable; relocation and sign-on bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• 1+ years experience with orthopedic patients preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.

Job Description:

• Up to $10,000.00 Sign On Bonus
• Up to $3,000.00 Relocation Bonus
• Schedule: Either opening shift (6am - 3pm or 7am -4pm) or closing shift (10am - 7pm) Monday - Friday
• Location: Palm Coast Med Plaza 120 Cypress Edge Drive, Suite 101, Palm Coast, FL
• The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.
• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.
• Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.

• Doctorate [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 1 + years of experience with treating Ortho patients (Preferred)

• Education requirements for this position are determined by the licensing or certification standards set forth by the relevant certifying body. Applicants must possess the level of education mandated for eligibility to obtain and maintain the required license or certification.
