Job summary

AdventHealth Palm Coast is hiring a Physical Therapist to join a patient-centered care team. The role involves performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with physicians to support referrals.

You will participate in community outreach and adapt schedules to meet center needs. Qualified candidates hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with licensure requirements met; a BLS CPR certification is required.

Job Description:

• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Up to $3,000 Relocation Bonus

Schedule:

Exact shift will vary. Looking at a shift that could potentially cover 8am-12pm Saturdays and 8am-6p, Tuesday-Friday or 10am-7pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-6pm Fridays.

The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.

• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.
• Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.
• Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by altering working hours to assist in other centers and programs as approved and observed by the manager or director.
