Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license in Texas, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and possess experience in healthcare leadership. Responsibilities include improving clinical outcomes, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) – Licensed in Texas or Compact State.
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare leadership experience.
- Experience with oncology or outpatient clinics is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership oversight for daily unit/department operations and staffing.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve clinical outcomes and patient safety initiatives.
- Manage staff scheduling and productivity according to established guidelines.
