Hr Journals is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager (RN) for a dual role overseeing both an established outpatient clinic and a new clinic in Alabama. This position focuses on ensuring high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while managing operations and clinical outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and have leadership experience. A full benefits package is offered, with no commission or bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) – Licensed in Texas or Compact State.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Oncology Chemotherapy Certification required.
