Arnot Health is seeking an Office Nurse II to diagnose and treat patient responses to health problems within a team-based outpatient setting in Elmira, NY. You will perform nursing duties, triage, educate patients, and support care coordination under the direction of the director of nursing.

The role requires NY RN licensure and prior medical office experience is preferred. The position is onsite at Elmira, with competitive hourly pay and benefits under Centralus Health.

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved RN program with current New York State licensure.
• Previous nursing experience in a medical office setting preferred. Excellent communication and writing ability.

Mansioni

• Assess and care for patients under the direction of the Provider.
• Provide patient assessment in an ongoing and efficient manner focusing on physical, behavioral and cognitive needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR including vitals, medications, and care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure education, referrals, medications and preventative care.
• Deliver age-appropriate care and follow established orders to support coordinated care.
