Job summary

Allina Health Hastings is seeking a 1.0 FTE registered nurse for an outpatient clinic. The role includes a day shift, 8 hours per day, Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. with some Friday hours and no weekend requirements.

Mileage reimbursement is available. The clinic emphasizes comprehensive, family-centered care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. Qualified candidates must be a licensed RN in MN (and WI as applicable) and have an associate or vocational nursing degree.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing is required.
• New graduate RN candidates may be considered.
• Licensed Registered Nurse license required for MN or WI depending on location.
• BLS certification as applicable (ACLS optional).

Responsibilities

• Assess and collect data pertinent to patient health.
• Diagnose nursing needs and plan individualized care.
• Identify expected outcomes with patient and family.
• Develop and implement care plans.
• Document interventions and evaluate patient progress.
• Coordinate care with physicians, LPNs, and MAs.
• Ensure continuity of care and patient safety.

Education

Associate's or Vocational degree graduate of an accredited school of nursing
