Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our outpatient clinic team in Minnesota. The LPN provides support to providers, collects patient information, assists with routine care, and helps ensure timely, high-quality patient encounters.

This 1.0 FTE, day-shift role offers stable hours (8-hour shifts, with several start times) and no weekend work, with occasional floating to nearby sites. Mileage reimbursement is available.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program.
• Two years clinic LPN experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Rooms patients, manages patient flow and documents in the medical record.
• Assists in procedures including preparation of medications and specimens.
• Performs outbound calls to patients for follow-up as directed.
