University Health Associates in West Virginia seeks an Advanced Practice Professional (APP) with OB/Gyn focus to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in the ambulatory setting. The APP will conduct evaluations, develop care plans with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate follow-up and discharge planning, and participate in resident and student education.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a CCNE accredited nursing program with Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• National Certification by one of the recognized APRN Certification Centers.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an APRN in WV.
• BLS Certification with ACLS/ALCS as advised by department.

Aufgaben

• Provide OB/Gyn care in ambulatory and clinical settings.
• Develop and review care plans with the clinical team; coordinate discharge planning.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per SOP and protocols.
• Educate residents and nursing students as part of clinical education.
• Document plan of care and interventions in the patient’s medical record.
