Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. seeks an experienced health care site leader to direct ambulatory/outpatient operations, ensure quality patient care, and partner with physicians and corporate management. The role emphasizes strategic planning, fiscal stewardship, and staff development to meet site goals.

You will collaborate across departments to enhance patient experience, drive growth, and maintain regulatory compliance, privacy, and accreditation standards while leading a team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required; RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within six months if ASC pediatrics.
• 3–5 years healthcare management experience.
• At least 1 year leading and/or managing clinical operations.
• Strong decision-making, communication, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site operations to deliver quality, timely, cost-effective services.
• Leads provider relations and collaborations with physicians and leaders.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulations and accreditation standards.
• Hires, mentors, develops and evaluates staff; manages performance.
• Leads physician recruitment and growth; analyzes growth opportunities.
• Oversees marketing activities and ensures financial stewardship.
• Drives process improvements to enhance patient care and safety.
• Uses data to drive problem solving and implement improvements.
• Partners with executives to meet strategic and operational targets.
