Job summary

AIM Health in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations across multiple outpatient locations. You will partner with physicians and executives to drive quality, regulatory compliance, and patient experience while balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a BSN, and at least 3 years of progressive nursing leadership, with OR experience and a track record of multi-site.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in progressive nursing leadership roles.
• Operating room experience required; vascular/interventional radiology preferred.
• Experience in multi-site healthcare management.
• Strong knowledge of outpatient operations, quality programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing and clinical teams across multiple locations, with a primary focus on vascular services.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director of Clinical Services and physicians across the AIM Health network.
• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
• Standardize clinical workflows and operational processes across sites.
• Partner with physicians and executive leadership to support growth and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor staffing levels, performance metrics, and operational outcomes.
• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leaders and clinical staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, clinical excellence, and exceptional patient care.
