Job summary

Community Health Center of Cape Cod is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our primary care team in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will triage calls, manage in-basket messages, educate patients, and help coordinate care plans to promote healthy outcomes.

BSN strongly preferred; experience with EPIC EMR and serving underserved populations is highly valued. This on-site role offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment with a commitment to quality and access to care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records; EPIC a strong plus.
• Experience in outpatient settings and with underserved populations.
