Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, counseling, and teaching in ambulatory settings.
• Perform complete histories and physical examinations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate labs and diagnostic tests.
• Develop care plans and follow-up based on findings.
• Order medications and write prescriptions per policies and collaborating physician.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and supervising physician.
• Demonstrate expert clinical judgment for independent practice.
