Kingfisher Recruiting partners with a premier regional healthcare facility to recruit a full-time, BC/BE Outpatient Neurologist for Mattoon, Illinois. Located inside the main hospital, the role offers an established outpatient clinic, strong team support, and no mandatory hospital call burdens.

Responsibilities include outpatient evaluations, collaboration with a two-physician team and APP, with optional EEG/EMG reading and possible inpatient coverage if desired.

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Completed neurology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong clinical judgment; team-based clinic collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive outpatient neurological evaluations, diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a two-physician clinic and APP.
• Maintain outpatient workflow with no mandatory hospital call; review labs as needed.
• Read EEGs and/or perform EMG reads if desired (optional).
• Option for inpatient coverage opportunities if desired.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for all encounters.
