Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Must have a valid license or temporary permit for Indiana or applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment of patients within legal and departmental guidelines.
• Instruct and direct Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as assigned.
