Job summary

Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist I for full-time inpatient care. You will evaluate and treat patients, direct PTAs and Rehab Techs, and implement care plans to improve function within hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program is required.
• Must have a valid license or temporary permit for the applicable state.
• Experienced and new graduate Physical Therapist eligible.
• Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability and willingness to work in team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment within guidelines and policies.
• Instruct and direct Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians.
• Evaluate and implement the plan of care to improve function.
• Perform documentation and quality improvement per policies.
