Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Physical Therapist PRN for their outpatient neuro specialty in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree and a valid Indiana Physical Therapy license. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and ensuring a safe environment.

This role requires effective communication with patients and staff, as well as a strong knowledge of anatomy and therapy techniques. The position offers flexible hours, with the potential to work 3–5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics and neuro preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Interpret initial evaluation results and develop treatment plans.
• Modify treatment plans as necessary based on patient needs.
• Participate in clinical education and interdisciplinary program planning.
