Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist I for full-time inpatient care. You will evaluate and treat patients, direct PTAs and Rehab Techs, and implement care plans to improve function within hospital policies.

This role offers mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and a sign-on bonus eligibility. Workdays are available across the Franciscan Health therapy locations.

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program is required.
• Must have a valid license or temporary permit for the applicable state.
• Experienced and new graduate Physical Therapist eligible.

The Physical Therapist I is responsible for providing evaluation and treatment of the patient within the parameters of legal and professional guidelines, and hospital and departmental policies and procedures. The Physical Therapist instructs and directs Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as assigned. This position evaluates and implements the plan of care to improve, restore and enhance physical functional performance, and promote injury prevention. The Physical Therapist performs documentation and quality improvement, as outlined in departmental policies and procedures.
