Job summary

Providence is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Tigard outpatient clinic. The role focuses on orthopedic care with a day shift schedule, Tuesday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and flexibility for adjustments.

The successful candidate will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to improve independence and function in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of PT degree and licensure requirements.
• Oregon license to practice physical therapy upon hire.
• Possible specialized PT training for department needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy to outpatients with orthopedic needs.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care teams to restore function and independence.
