Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in Oregon on hire.
• PT degree or higher with accredited DPT.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience in outpatient ortho preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy to outpatient patients with diverse diagnoses.
• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to maximize patient independence.
• Document progress and adjust interventions as needed.
