Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or Master’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• License in states wherever care is delivered.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
