Job summary

The CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG outpatient facility in Texas seeks a professional registered nurse to join its Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) as an entry-level CAP1. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering high-quality nephrology care during hemodialysis sessions.

Under supervision, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current active RN license in the applicable state.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
• Entry level RN with up to 2 years nephrology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing duties under supervision and with guidance from the nurse educator or supervisor.
• Collects and analyzes patient data during hemodialysis and adjusts treatment plan accordingly.
• Educates patients and families on care plans and treatment options.
• Delivers safe and effective hemodialysis therapy to assigned patients.
• Administers medications as prescribed and documents effectiveness.
• Engages in emergency response as needed and supports team training.
