Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human service field.
• 2 years supervisory experience in mental health field.
• Act 33/34, FBI Clearances and Act 31 training.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report in accordance with Center Policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of administrative services.
• Coordinate, review, monitor and administer departmental operating budgets.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; supervise training attendance and adherence to requirements.
• Monitor compliance and quality; develop policies and procedures; stay updated on regulations.
• Act as a public relations liaison to promote the Center and its programs.
