• Supervise therapists and coordinate treatment plans.
• Oversee medical records and related forms.
• Coordinate with Exec Director to support front desk and scheduling.
• Consult with internal and external partners to ensure continuity of care.
• Intervene in crises to stabilize clients.
• Attend treatment team, staff, and interagency meetings.
• Provide supervision and ensure timely completion of duties.
• Adhere to policies and confidentiality and records rules.
