• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate diagnoses as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and update person-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with agency standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and addiction needs.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate diagnoses as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and update person-centered treatment plans.

• Support crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, peers, and community partners on care coordination.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Engage clients and families using trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches.
• Participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement activities.
