This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to improving client outcomes. Hourly pay ranges from $25.90 to $32.35, depending on experience, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional nursing experience.
• Valid Oregon driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the community and client service area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for clients receiving psychiatric services.
• Conduct effective telephone and in-person triage while making sound clinical decisions.
• Identify medical concerns and medication side effects early.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and community partners.
• Help clients manage chronic conditions through education and monitoring.
• Administer medications and injections accurately.
