Responsibilities include coordinating with outpatient providers, welcoming clients professionally, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in healthcare, behavioral health, or outpatient settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Background check per DCF/AHCA Clearinghouse requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist clients with telehealth appointments when appropriate.
• Ensure medication refill requests are managed and coordination with providers/pharmacies to resolve issues.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and timely in the EHR.
• Support scheduling staff to arrange appointments and maintain clinic flow.
