Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in an intensive outpatient program in an acute psychiatric setting; minimum 2 years in a psychiatric hospital setting with patient contact.

Responsibilities

• Schedule initial psychiatric evaluations and medication management follow-up appointments for the Outpatient Department.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to optimize appointment flow and reduce patient wait times.
• Send and confirm appointment reminders and communicate scheduling changes to patients and providers.
• Take and record vital signs and document medical history.
