Baptist Health Rehab Services in Kentucky is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient lymphedema clinics to evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and families. Day shift, full-time position.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy and current licensure by the Kentucky Board of Physical Therapy; BLS within 30 days from hire. You will supervise students and Rehab Services Technicians and participate in departmental plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current license by the Ky Board of Physical Therapy.
• BLS within 30 days from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients; develop treatment plans and goals.
• Complete documentation per regulations and policies.
• Supervise/delegates/directs activities of students and Rehab Services Technicians.
