Community Medical Services (CMS) is hiring a Nurse to administer medications to patients in an outpatient setting. You will work under the Clinic Manager, manage medication inventory, and assist providers to ensure a safe recovery environment.

The role emphasizes conversation with patients and routine documentation. The position requires an RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and willingness to travel to CMS sites.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in substance use disorder field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by CMS provider.
• Monitor patient symptoms and vital signs related to dosage.
• Maintain accurate client records in CMS EHR.
• Deliver medications to external facilities as needed.
• Ensure medication inventory and prevent diversion.
