Job summary

Community Medical Services is seeking a licensed LPN or RN to administer medications in outpatient addiction treatment settings and support medical providers in delivering safe, effective care.

The role requires CPR certification, accurate record-keeping in the CMS EHR system, and travel to CMS sites as needed. A consistent Mon-Fri schedule with possible Saturdays is offered in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN or RN in Arizona state.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to travel to CMS sites as needed.
• Maintains accurate client records in CMS EHR system.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by a CMS provider.
• Monitor vital signs and symptoms related to dosage and drug use.
• Obtain specimens for testing and document results.
• Deliver medications to patients and external facilities as needed.
• Maintain medication inventory and ensure compliance with regulations.
