Job summary

St. Luke's Health Network, Inc. seeks a Lab Outreach Supervisor to lead outpatient lab staff, oversee operations, and ensure high-quality patient service across PSCs in the assigned territory.

The role requires an associate or bachelor’s degree (masters preferred) and a minimum of two years in supervisory clinical lab work. Occasional travel between PSCs is required, with focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors Required; Masters Preferred.
• Min. 2 years of successful leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates first-level leadership and oversees outpatient lab phlebotomists/front line staff.
• Coordinates with Regional Manager on HR activities including development, coaching, discipline and performance reviews.
• Manages daily operations and site performance for PSCs within assigned territory; ensures staffing and training.
• Meets performance metrics for Patient Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Quality.
• Ensures safety, compliance and regulatory policies at PSCs; prepares for inspections (JC, CAP, DOH).
• Maintains confidentiality and proper release of information; supports budget input and inventory control.
