Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Formal Phlebotomy training preferred.
• Phlebotomist with 1–2 years of healthcare customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lab assistants and couriers; train, direct, schedule and assign work.
• Coordinate employee orientation, competency testing, safety training and mandatory instruction; edit time records.
• Collaborate with non-lab departments to coordinate workflow and troubleshoot issues.
