Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Supervisor, Outreach Laboratory to lead a team within the Preferred Lab Partners network. This role demands excellence in managing lab operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting high-quality laboratory services across systems.

As a supervisor, you’ll engage with cross-functional leaders, enhance workflows, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and certification as a Medical Technologist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field required.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist ((MT) by AAB, ASCP, ASCPi, AMT, or CSMLS required.
• 1+ years of lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outreach staff and conduct performance appraisals.
• Train staff, manage resources, and improve workflows.
• Serve as a liaison between the laboratory and customers.
