Qualifications

• Current MLT or MLS/MT certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, including specimen handling, testing, analysis, and inventory.
• Supervise staff: Specimen Collectors, Team Lead, Medical Laboratory Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
