Ashton North LLC seeks an Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient group across Long Island. The role centers on 100% outpatient care with flexible hours, Monday–Friday, and no on-call obligations.

Candidates must have an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, and NY licensure. The team emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration, and potential leadership roles while delivering high-quality, value-based care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required with active or eligible board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York State.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care as a key clinical provider.
• Perform comprehensive history taking and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests; manage treatment plans.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure seamless patient care and documentation in EMR.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA and NYS DOH guidelines and pursue population health initiatives.
