Top Echelon LLC is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for a well-established, physician-led group with locations across Long Island. 100% outpatient with flexible hours, Monday–Friday, no on-call requirements.

The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, collaboration, and population health initiatives. The successful candidate will have an MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, NY license or eligibility, and strong diagnostic and communication skills.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Licensed or eligible for NYS license.
• Strong diagnostic, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider delivering high-quality care.
• Perform comprehensive history and physical exams.
• Order and interpret labs and tests.
• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, options, and prevention.
