Job summary

Healthcare Center Wellness Clinic in St. Augustine, FL seeks a Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Disease physician for our outpatient facility. Join a fully staffed, mission-driven team dedicated to serving the local community.

This fully outpatient role offers a stable schedule with no nights or weekends, competitive compensation of $250k–$290k plus bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Board-certified MD/DO with active license required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license.
• Valid DEA and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care and meet productivity targets.
• Collaborate with care team to support patient well‑being.
• Document visits the same day or within 72 hours with proper coding.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Supervise mid-level providers and provide on-call coverage as needed.
