Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an RN applicant to join the hemodialysis health care team under supervision, ensuring quality patient care daily in line with FMC policies and training. Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months.
• Must obtain nursing license and registration within state requirements or within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Directs Patient Care Technician’s delivery of chronic hemodialysis therapy in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assists in staff training, orientation, and participation in required meetings.
• Educates patients and families about ESRD, dialysis therapy, and related health conditions.
• Implements and monitors treatment prescriptions and patient responses, coordinating with physicians.
• Maintains medical records, lab orders, and documentation per FMCNA policies.
