Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
• Coordinate care with RN/LVN/LPN and Patient Care Technicians as needed.
• Lead and mentor staff; participate in teaching and quality improvement activities.
