Qualifications

• License-bearing Master’s or Doctorate degree in Behavioral or Mental Health (e.g., MSW, MA, PsyD)
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with clinical populations
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS, CARF)
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills among diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to clinical teams and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement clinical programs based on evidence-based models.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and external partners to align services with organizational goals.
• Direct crisis intervention efforts and oversee program development across care continuum.
• Advise on staffing, training, and performance management to ensure effective operations.
