Job summary

MBH Outpatient Center Scottsdale is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for the campus. You will drive financial management, regulatory compliance, and service excellence while developing high-performing teams and guiding growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, experience with P&L management, budgeting, and data analytics, and will lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals in a behavioral health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school (required).
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience in management/administration, preferably at an executive level.
• Director level or higher in a healthcare facility, preferably behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead high-quality treatment delivery aligned with licensing and accreditation standards.
• Develop procedures and foster a productive, respectful work environment.
• Monitor performance metrics and report findings to the CEO.
• Direct Performance Improvement initiatives and manage data collection and analysis.
• Provide feedback to clinical staff on patient care needs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate special projects at the CEO's direction.
• Conduct regular facility surveys to meet environment standards.
• Perform regular performance reviews for direct reports.
