Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• BLS - Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
• RN license in Ohio (or multi-state compact) and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• 30% Assessment/Diagnosis: Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments.
• 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning: Document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• 20% Implementation/Evaluation: Evaluate responses to interventions and revise plans with the team.
• 10% Leadership: Participate in process improvement for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• 10% Operations: Focus on safety and high reliability in performing duties.
