Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
• Minimum 1 year working with kids in a therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programs and services meet high standards and clients receive quality care.
• Maintain inventory and manage supplies to control costs.
• Monitor facility temperatures and conduct weekly safety checks.
• Schedule maintenance and coordinate repairs with leadership approval.
• Coordinate transportation for clients when needed and assist with UA logistics.
• Oversee client intake, consent forms and staff assignments.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and HIPAA policies.
• Audit treatment records and ensure 24-hour documentation.
