Job summary

ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers in Victorville, CA, seeks a Facility Manager to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-run outpatient facility. You will oversee day-to-day operations, equipment, and staff, coordinating care programs and maintaining policy adherence.

Your role includes supervising Care Coordinators, enforcing Joint Commission and HIPAA standards, and driving a culture of care while maintaining efficient operations and strong cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• Minimum of 1 year working with kids in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programs and services meet high standards and client care is optimal.
• Maintain supplies and manage related expenses to avoid overspending.
• Monitor temperatures of refrigerators and freezers regularly.
• Conduct weekly safety walk-throughs and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Coordinate staff onboarding and training, and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee client intake, consent forms, and documentation in EMR within 24 hours.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and Joint Commission standards are maintained.
