ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers in Escondido, CA seeks a Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a safe, compliant environment for outpatient programming. You will lead the Operations team, manage budgets, supervise staff and contractors, and uphold HIPAA and Joint Commission standards.

The role emphasizes a culture of care, work-life balance with no evening/weekend shifts, and competitive benefits including healthcare, PTO, sick leave, and 401k matching.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial role.
• Minimum of two years driving experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year working with kids in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of coping with stressful situations and maintaining professionalism.

Mansioni

• Ensure programs and services are implemented to the highest standards and clients receive the best care.
• Maintain facility supplies and manage expenses to prevent unnecessary spending.
• Monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures.
• Conduct weekly safety walk-throughs and report hazards; coordinate repairs.
• Lead staff onboarding and conduct performance reviews; ensure HIPAA/compliance.
