Job summary

HealthOp Solutions in Kingman, AZ is seeking an experienced Echo Vascular Technologist for our outpatient clinical team. The role involves performing diagnostic echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound examinations to support cardiovascular and vascular care.

You will work in a patient-focused setting, collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure accurate imaging, clear communication, and high-quality patient experiences in a busy outpatient environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Sonographer.
• 10 months of clinical experience performing cardiac/vascular exams.
• Proficiency in echocardiography and vascular ultrasound imaging.
• State licensure and/or professional certification as required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac/vascular anatomy and pathology.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot diagnostic ultrasound equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiography and vascular ultrasound examinations per protocols.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images of cardiac/vascular structures.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment safely.
• Analyze imaging studies and document findings for providers.
• Record procedures and results in the EMR with accuracy.
• Maintain image quality through quality-control procedures.
• Recognize abnormal findings and document communications.
• Keep accurate patient and procedural records.
• Stay current with advances in echocardiography and vascular imaging.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff.
