Job summary

HealthOp Solutions is seeking an experienced Echo Vascular Technologist for our outpatient clinic in Bullhead City, AZ. The role focuses on diagnostic echocardiograms and vascular ultrasounds to support cardiovascular care.

You will perform imaging exams, ensure patient comfort, and document results in the EMR, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional Sonographer experience.
• At least 10 months performing cardiac and/or vascular ultrasound examinations.
• Proficiency in echocardiography and vascular ultrasound imaging.
• State licensure and/or professional certification as required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot diagnostic ultrasound equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality diagnostic images.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiography and vascular ultrasound exams per clinical protocols.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, ensure comfort and safety.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images of cardiac and vascular structures.
• Operate and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment per safety standards.
• Document findings for provider review in the EMR and ensure timely records.
• Maintain image quality following quality-control procedures.
• Communicate abnormal findings for proper documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain patient and procedural records accurately.
• Stay current with advances in echocardiography and diagnostic imaging tech.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, clinicians, and team members.
