Job summary

Optima Medical Ltd is seeking a skilled Sonographer at our Arizona locations to perform echocardiography and vascular ultrasound studies. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging and accurate documentation for patient care.

The role requires at least 1 year of practical sonography experience, proficiency in ECHO and vascular exams, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience as a Sonographer.
• 10 months experience in a clinical setting as a Cardiac and/or Vascular Ultrasound Technologist.
• Open to recent graduates who meet other qualifications.
• Proficient in Echocardiography (ECHO) and Vascular examinations.
• Proficient in interpreting and documenting technical findings.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations of the heart and blood vessels.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment following safety protocols.
• Analyze images and document findings in EMR or paper records.
• Stay current with ultrasound technology and guidelines.
