Job summary

Terros Health seeks a dedicated Clinician at our Woodlands Village Health Center in Flagstaff, AZ to provide outpatient counseling services for individuals and families. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health required.
• Arizona license or eligibility for licensure required.
• Experience with domestic violence probationers preferred.
• Bilingual abilities desirable (Spanish/ASL).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to clients.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling.
• Maintain clinical records and ensure treatment plans are followed.
