Job summary

Qualifications

• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Must meet state practice requirements.

• Assess and document patient data during hemodialysis and adjust the care plan as needed.
• Educate patient and family on learning needs and treatment options.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effectiveness.
• Initiate or assist with emergency response measures.
• Coordinate with interprofessional team for patient care and education.
• Provide supervision or mentorship as assigned to staff.
